Just went into the branch. No wonder they have two stars. Interacted with an Indian woman that works in the offices. She was rude and condescending. Customer service is definitely not her forte.

Went in for clarity on a letter I received in the mail. Said they can't help me in person. When I called the number on the letter they said any location could help as long as I provide my ID. So...
