I went to Bank of America on a Friday--one of the busiest banking days of the week--and was shocked to find only one teller working. The line was out the door, and people were visibly frustrated....

This is your Protection! Security looking at phone instead of looking at you and the bank. A camera could do his job better.

Got at the bank at 345 and was trying to get out money from the atm and would not let me . Took me 3 tries and the time just happen to be 4:03 and the security guard would not let me in even...
