Do NOT deposit checks in their ATMs!! it's eaten my checks multiple times times or they spit them out damaged and say having technical difficulties. Fix your machines!!

Don't know why anyone would choose to bank at B of A these days. Their private banking may be ok but their regular branches and service are a complete mess.
