Bank was closed for business today. I had to tell over 15 highly disappointed customers that today was a bank holiday and they were NOT happy. I did B of A's dirty work

Long lines and the employees chat with each other more than they help. Useless and slow. Been here for 20 minutes with 6 people in front of me and only one has advanced to a cashier.
