Dont trick people into year long contracts advertising your wellness plans. And stop making it seem like you're doing favors then billing for it. Unprofessional, over priced, over all i feel scammed.

Absolute ripoff. Go to Pet smart for vaccines 1/3 the price. they tried to charge us a visit fee of $90. no thanks.

Horrible experience absolutely no follow up, accountability, or care. Used to be great when Dr. Koch was there and then it flew downhill. If your dog is on a lifetime medication good luck to you....
