Wow. Just a fantastic meal!! The glass of New Clairvaux wine was scrumptious. Braised short ribs and crab salad. About time Mt Shasta got a true 5 star restaurant!!

Absolutely great food. Thought I'd stop in on my way through to Oregon. I was seated without a problem. I chose the Halibut dish. It was cooked to perfection. I will be back soon, I hope!
