The mission of Balboa Veterinary Hospital is to provide excellent veterinary care, taking both the pet's and the client's needs into account. We believe the key to our success is communication between client, vet and staff. Our focus is on personal service. Because of this, our clients come to us from as far away as Escondido and Ensenada, Mexico. Our hospital is centrally located in Kearny Mesa, a part of San Diego in California. When Balboa Veterinary Hospital opened in 1968 the mesa around it was filled with deer. Dr Alexander has owned and practiced at the hospital since 1983.
