Our Story - Baja Fish Tacos Baja Fish Tacos was founded in 1996 by Julio A. Gutierrez in Santa Ana California. From day one, our goal was to have simply the best Mexican food and service. Over the years, we been implementing recipes from our friends, family, and Julio's journeys throughout Mexico, from the Peninsula of Yucatan to the tip of Baja California Thanks to these contributions and the support of our loyal customers, Baja Fish Tacos has been able to successfully create a family environment coupled with great fresh food and friendly service.
