Though a native New Yorker, Mary Ann has been a resident of Manhattan Beach for more than 25 years. She is very active in the community and enjoys showing off the beauty of the South Bay to clients that are new to the area. She has been married for more than 30 years and has one daughter. Mary Ann has a BS in business economics from the State University of New York, as well as a certificate in executive education from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in North Carolina.
