Highly recommend this gem in downtown Saratoga which I have been going to for years. The restaurant itself has maybe a dozen tables and if you don't want to wait for a table its best to get there...

The Thai food is fantastic. Sadly, though, the service is almost non-existent. At $20 per entree you would hope for better service. On the plus side, the Pad Thai was very tasty.
