Since 1994 Simplex Realty Services has been involved in acquiring, renovating, leasing and managing office building projects in Orange County, California. Equity for its projects is derived from private placement offerings to individual investors. Acquisition and interim financing is provided by commercial banks and permanent loans are provided by life insurance companies. We also act as consultants to owners and developers of commercial real estate. One of our current endeavors is representation of a family estate with considerable developable land. We have guided the entitlement process and marketed the property to a national retailer. Another of our recent clients is a national financial institution to whom we provided lease review and direction for their expanding branch operation. Our previous clients include builders and developers, financial institutions, estates and companies and individuals who seek expertise in this field. Mr. Roger Doebke is the Chief Operating Officer of Simplex. He employs independent architects and contractors to perform renovation work and, at times, engages other commercial real estate brokers to assist in marketing projects. Mr. Roger Doebke has been a receiver in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County and is available for receiver work in cases involving the development or management of commercial real estate.
