The two siblings, Cedric and Alexandra decided to create Bacetti, an emblematic product, a bite of pleasure, surprising and accessible. The idea has been inspired by a traditional Italian gelato novelty that you can still find in some original places in Tuscany, Italy. With the will to share their heritage and passion for food and Europe, the two Franco-Italian brother and sister team opened a manufacture in San Francisco, California, direct sales point in Westfield valley fair mall.
