Every time I have an opportunity to sample baklava I do, because SWEETS, and every time I'm a little disappointed, because it's always a little TOO sweet, a little TOO sticky, a little too much....

I ordered baklava for dessert for thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! Probably a bigger hit than the turkey! We ordered them in bite sized pieces and they were delicious. Light and flakey crust...
