HistoryIn 2014 I was looking to change my lifestyle was overweight and wanted to lose more weight. I had hit a plateau after I dropped 45 pounds just by eating right and working out. I wanted to lose more weight and found a community of individuals helping one another reach their goals. This was an Herbalife community which offer group workouts and personal nutrition plans. I joined the community and started on the products and was able to lose an additional 55 pounds. I have teamed up with other coaches to start our own community being able to help other reach their goals and keeping active.
