The entire experience with the ophthalmologists and optical department was excellent!! I just picked up my glasses two days ago. I couldn't be happier...... so far. Wonderful staff too!!!!!

We have been patients in the Redlands office. My husband desperately needs an eyelid lift for his drooping eyelid, which interferes with his vision. He was told they are not scheduling anyone...

Disability and aged-people unfriendly. Little patience, or preparedness to deal with elderly people in wheelchairs. Unprofessional and scattered.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CLINIC. Rude front desk worker. Another incompetent worker cancelled my appointment for no reason! Waited 3 months and called off...
