One thing I hate about companies is they send you a "pre-approved" letter concerning a loan or credit then they tell you you not approved. And I can guarantee nothing changed in my credit report...

Pre approved means nothing save your credit score points and avoid this company it's a scam I don't think they even provide a loan they're out to offer you there own services. So save yourself...
