Updated:2025 this place has not gotten better from the loud music bumping until 12:30 at night at least a few times a month to the constant weed smell. I wouldn't recommend anyone leasing here ....

DO NOT RENT HERE! We went to tour the Avalon in hopes of moving in, and holy cow are we glad we toured as we are definitely NOT applying to live there. They told us to meet them 15 minutes...
