Under staffed concierge. So often I go down to pick up a package and no one is there. Over charged on utilities. I've never lived in a building where my utilities come out over 200 a month....

They only offer 12 month lease renewals so that they can make sure they raise the rent. Utility charges are through the roof, 400 for water heating, sewer, trash, water! and then 200-300 for Pg&E....
