Cesar and Vilma Lara opened Auto Analysts in 1982 working primarily on Volvo's. Cesar's knowledge of automobiles allowed him to expand the car lines to other European makes such as BMW, AUDI Mercedes and Volkswagons.. German and Vilma now own and operate the business and have been for the last 6 years. After 13 years in the Tenderloin and 11 years in North Beach the business now operates in the thiriving SOMA neighberhood.
