History

Authentic Barbershop & Shave parlor may be new to the neighborhood but Jeff's passion for barbering dates back to his early teen years. He spent a considerable amount of time at the neighborhood barbershop finding inspiration. He especially enjoyed the ambience and comeradery shared among the barbers and their clientele. That spirit is what drove him to found Authentic Barbershop & Shave Parlor. He has a strong desire to create an atmosphere in the ethos of a traditional barbershop based around old fashioned service and an authentic barbershop experience. Come on down and check out the shop, enjoy some nice conversation, admire the vintage paraphernalia and photographs, or kick back and relax while watching TV and enjoy your getaway. This shop is about more than just a hair cut and a shave! We look forward to meeting you!

Authentic Barbershop and Shave Parlor specializes in mens's haircuts, scissor/clipper and beard grooming. We also specialize in hot towel, straight razor shaves. Enjoy the benefits of a straight razor with a close, comfortable shave that leaves the skin softer and less irritated than the traditional multiblade style razors.
