Austine Home Care was created in 2012 , with the vision to provide a better standard of care,. We have invested a lot resources , time and training to create a care team that is dedicated to quality, we never compromise on our quality of care.

We offer free initial assessment , this will help establish our client's baseline status,identify needs and determine the level of care necessary to meet our clients needs. This assessment is completed by an RN or assigned representative, assessment will be completed within 24hours ,the level and standard of care that our client receive are based on a documented , systematic assessment of needs, strength and care expectation. We provide a variety of services: Personal Care Services: Bathing, Dressing, Incontinence care/Toileting. and Mobility assistance . Companionship and Home Helper: Drive to Doctor visits, Medication Reminders, Meal Preparation , Grocery Shopping and Errands, Laundry and Linens, Socializing and Light HouseKeeping. Transitional care services: Transportation/Prescription Pick up and Discharge assistance. Alzheimer's or related Dementias Care: Encouraging Engagement, Keeping Seniors Safe, Managing Behaviours , and Report and Record information relevant to care.
