Alex is on the legal referral panel for California Lawyers for the Arts, and CompassPoint Nonprofit Services. Alex is also a member of the Entertainment Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, the American Bar Association's Section of Intellectual Property Law, National Lawyers Guild, Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom and serves on the Board of Directors of the Children's After School Arts (CASA) program of San Francisco.
