This place is located inside the outlet mall in Orange so there's a lot of foot traffic. There was a short line but it moved quickly. Not sure about all these reviews of bad customer service but...

Average wetzels in the orange outlet. Size is now thinner than before. Warm but not quite warm. Frozen lemonade is now 7 bucks?! What can you do on a hot day.
