We are a nature park ran by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks. We provide classes for all ages. We offer free tours to local youth groups and schools for children to learn about nature. We are on 8.5 acres of land and offer open outdoor space for walking, jogging and passive leisure. We also provide picture and event permits (Check with the office for fees).

Green spaces are few and far between in South Los Angeles, and this park is a real charmer. Once inside, it's easy to forget the 8.5 acre park is located on the corner of Slauson and Compton...

I love going to this park with my family. Really friendly staff. Calm place to ride bikes and scooters. Really recommend
