The racquetball instructors are quite nice and helpful. There's plenty of room for swimming in a pool or relaxing in the hot-tub, so crowds aren't much of an issue, and the place is just nice.

The Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club offers a variety of activities. The group fitness classes provide a variety of exercises in its 1200-square-foot facility under ACE or AFAA certified instructors, including cardiovascular training, yoga, Pilates, water aerobics and aerobics for children. Its tennis program features 12 paved courts, raquetball provides a total-body workout and the two heated pools offer a year-round swimming program. The club also has a physiotherapy center. Its Kidz Klub, designed exclusively for children between the ages of seven and 17, is founded on the premise of providing children with a fun-nurturing environment. Caf la Court offers a variety of healthy food items. The AR&F Club is located in Auburn, Calif.

100% the worst facility, staff and amenities I've experienced at a gym. Only thing stopping them from being better or going out of business is competition.
