My mom had several issues with her mobile plan that has phone lines for the whole family. We tried to call AT&T and each time, it would take us an hour, or so sometimes just to wait for an agent....

I posted an earlier. Be careful that you don't end up with more than you approved. I'm stuck with a tablet and watch and of course the bill comes after the return time expires
