Their machine to take payments was down and no one in the store could be bothered to look up any ATT store nearby to accept payments.. should have been done proactively this is 0/10 service as...

stay away they will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale manager is great but sales rep is willing to tell you anything just to make a sale

The only salesperson working was new and knew next to nothing about anything, including lying when they didn't know the answer. All I wanted was a simple upgrade and the salesperson wasn't sure...
