Worst customer service of any store I've ever been in. They don't acknowledge people who enter the store. They don't give you eye contact. They don't say hello. They don't ask if they can help...

They try to help it's just that AT&T phone troubleshooting is horrendous. So you have to go into the store physically to get anything done. They are helpful especially Jen
