A shout out to Carlos... my phone had an app that I did not knowingly put on it that was sending me messages all day long...it was driving , me nuts. He was able to identify it and remove it......

I'm very disappointed in AT&T right now , my daughter got the wrong size phone case for me and I tried to do an even swap for the 6.1 vs 6.7 , mind you our family has used AT&T for over 10 years...
