I am passionate about empowering women as they navigate the complex intersection of mental health and hormonal well-being. Many of my clients come to me during pivotal life stages-pregnancy, postpartum, menopause-or while managing conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premenstrual dysmorphic disorder (PMDD), or other endocrine imbalances. These challenges can bring emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, or mood swings, often leaving women feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate mental health challenges and hormonal changes. I specialize in helping women navigate the link between mental health and hormonal well-being.

My mission is to empower women through comprehensive psychiatric and neuroendocrinological care. I am committed to advancing women's health and providing innovative, compassionate treatment for conditions such as PMDD, postpartum depression, and perimenopause. By offering a blended approach that considers the whole woman, including her hormonal influence, I aim to create a supportive and validating space where women feel heard, valued, and hopeful. I have a unique background dual-certified in family and psychiatry with a background in obstetrics/gynaecology which allows an approach that integrates hormone replacement therapy with mental health to address the root causes of imbalance.
