Atesa Properties, Inc is incorporated as a corporation in the state of California. Our primary function is helping home buyers and sellers make the best decisions when buying or selling their home. We coach buyers to understand the 3 critical factors to buying a home - credit history/fico score, 2-year stable employment and sustainable monthly income. We recommend reputable loan officers to our buyers. We hand hold our buyers all the way to closing and moving in to their new home. On the sellers side, we help our sellers prepare their homes for selling. We facilitate their decisions on how to price their homes to sell in the shortest time, at top dollar, with minimal inconvenience to them. We set up marketing programs that expose their homes to large buyer pools. We negotiate offers with their potential buyers. We are with our sellers throughout escrow, until they move out to their new homes. We are passionate about performing these tasks since 2010 for our customers.
