The worst! I signed up for their "up to 100 mbps" DSL service in Newport Beach, it delivered 1.4 mbps! Completely useless. When I called to cancel they tried to charge me a $180 cancellation fee....

They will rip you off every chance they get. Finally paid the cancelation so I could move on. Save your money and sanity.
