At Home Caregivers is a locally owned and operated home care agency serving the Sonoma County community for more than a decade. Founded by Peter Rubens, we are dedicated to caring for those who are recovering, convalescing or aging wherever they call home. We provide comprehensive custodial, companion and personal care through caregivers who are employees of the agency. In 2016 we have been licensed by the state of California as a Home Care Organization. At Home Caregivers reputation for providing clients with "Legendary Caregiver Services" is based in part on our "We Don't Wait" philosophy. We are a compassionate and caring team who assist clients and their families in solving the various challenges involved in staying at home through illness, aging or recovery. There is a local manager on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
