I agree w/ the last reviewer. We had the worse experience with Lionel. He deserves zero stars. He would talk to us like we were stupid and he was rude and therefore we stopped talking for weeks...

The adage that you get what you pay for does not begin to cover this realtor. He is cheap due to the commission rate structure but you end up paying in the end with lost time and zero support....
