History

Ask Now Advocacy is a team of non-attorney consultants who specialize in helping families to receive appropriate educational support and Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for their children

Specialties

We are a special needs advocacy and educational consultant group that works side-by-side with special education attorneys and families throughout the Individual Education Process (IEP) and due process filing. Over the years, we have attended hundreds of IEPs and watched our clients enjoy long-term, enriching educational experiences for their children. Ask Now Negotiates with school districts for private school placement and independent educational evaluations, this includes ensuring specific services and teaching approaches such as multi-sensory approach or ABA. We work closely with families in laying the foundation for a successful outcome--from reviewing your child's cumulative educational file to developing winning strategies to help your child receive the educational support and services they need to enjoy lifelong success.
