History
In 1985, Thanh and Nai Vuong opened the original Asian Market store on Carver and Roseburg. They worked tirelessly, 9am-7pm seven days a week for just under 35 years, while simultaneously raising 5 children. In June 2019, a tragic fire burned their store to the ground, destroying years of dedication and hard work. Fortunately, the fire did not destroy their legacy. On October 11, 2020, Nai and Thanh's youngest son Trong reopened a brand new store at a brand new location. This new store is bigger, and has more than triple the inventory. With the support from the community and customers, the new store is becoming a staple in the area. Asian Market offers a variety of products including, but not limited to, bags of rice, sauces, fresh produce, fresh meat and seafood, snacks, ice creams, seasonings, and spices. We proudly offer a range of products from many Asian countries. We pride ourselves on our kind customer service and the assortment of items we have available.
