This is the second time going there and they do not do what I ask. A simple trim and they keep thinning my hair out and burned it with a flat iron! Never going back!

I walked in on a Friday evening, and didn't have to wait at all. JingJing cut my hair and did a good job - granted my hairstyle is really easy to cut I would have been amazed if they messed it up....
