History

Our story begins over 30 years ago when Artistic Beads & Studio operated in Hollywood, CA as Artistic Hand Beading. For years famous couture fashion designers sought out our skilled beading and we were honored to serve iconic performing artists such as Michael Jackson, Cher, Neil Diamond, Lionel Richi, Stevie Wonder; classic Las Vegas acts including Siegfried and Roy, Jubilee, Phantom of the Opera; and timeless designers Galanos, Bob Mackie, Nolan Miller and many others. Stella Ruata, then owner and designer, has left her legacy to us, her family, in the form of countless, beautiful condition, out of production, vintage beads and jewelry making supplies.
