Ashton Garbutt, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Garbutt earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. He completed his internship and residency at Dignity Health Medical Foundation in Northridge, California. Dr. Garbutt believes in helping people lead healthier lives. He was drawn to medicine because he enjoys solving complex problems and is passionate about helping others. Dr. Garbutt focuses on treating every patient as if they were a family member or close friend. He puts patients first by striving to be an active listener who is approachable, empathetic, and friendly. His clinical interests include diabetes, geriatric health, heart health, and pediatric care. When he's not caring for his patients, Dr. Garbutt enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. He also loves to play and watch basketball.
