It doesn't matter how good a business is if they can't return a simple phone call from a potential new customer. You only get one first impression. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Arthena was great! We were in town for my dads funeral and my son needed a haircut, although she was busy because of the circumstance she took us in. She made my son feel comfortable and trimmed...

She is rude to people. Just asked if she had time to do a cut. She said "NO" didn't bother to say come back at a certain time. No one was even in the shop. Rude with an attitude .
