Art Mechanics is open to the public by appointment. Joseph, the owner, is usually at the shop from 1-9 M-SA. But call to make sure because he could be out doing an installation, delivery, or house call.
Specialties
Art Mechanics specializes in custom picture framing, installation services, picture hanging, and art consulting. Creative custom framing includes services such as conservation framing, matting, and glazing (glass). Some specialty services include: gallery wrap canvas stretching, floater frames, shadow boxes, needle point stretching, french mat lines, glass floating, and stacked frames. Installation services can be anything from simple picture hanging, to locking security hanger systems. Or, for practically anything that needs to be mounted to a wall ceiling or floor.
