Arroyo Vista is a theme house community serving continuing undergraduates and transfer students. Each house is home to 16, 24, or 32 residents who live in double occupancy rooms and share a large kitchen, living room, and study room. Some houses offer a two-room suite (for 2 students). Academic Theme houses are co-ed, and Greek chapter houses are single gender. Residents prepare their own meals or purchase a voluntary meal plan for use in residence hall dining facilities.
