I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT36588). I attended graduate school at JFK University and earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 1996 and I have been in Private Practice since 2000. I really enjoy working with individuals and couples, including adults, college students and children. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, assisting clients in developing increased awareness of their emotions, thought processes, physical cues, and spiritual perspective, so that all parts of the self may be accessed, understood and accepted. Through this process, my clients are able to set and achieve goals, end unwanted patterns of behavior, work through depression and anxiety, and improve their relationships with self and others.
