History

Armando Zatarain began the business after 25 years in law enforcement. He was a patrol officer; narcotics investigator; police supervisor and special agent with the CA-Department of Justice. His knowledge of investigations coupled with his resources including former colleagues throughout the state and throughout the country enable him to conduct investigations almost anywhere. We have assets in place in Mexico and other Latin American countries. We have conducted investigations ranging from a simple drunk in public to murder. We have found missing persons including homeless people that were being sought by attorneys who had won cases on their behalf. We have reunited families, parents with their children and we have also found fugitives from the law. We recover assets for our clients on a regular basis.
