Never trust them, because of them, I ended, years together, circling IRS office, they dont even ask basic questions, and charge the moon, for simple 1040, which can be done through simple steps....

Terrible service. They have no idea how to do crypto taxes and I'm talking to their tax person in circles. Waste of time and money. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix up my taxes for...

Unprofessional. They don't get back to you at all and do a shoddy job of taxes. They used to be better before (read the old Yelp reviews) but now they suck majorly.

Filed using them in 2018 but got a letter from IRS about bad filing details. I tried reaching out to them but no response. Avoid them.
