History

We opened our doors in April of 2019. Dr Michelle Falvey was the Chiropractor for the southern California horse show circuit for the riders and their horses. Once she had her daughter she knew it was time to settle down. With her love of kids, and working in a maternity and pediatric practice in her past, she set her eyes on opening a new location in North County San Diego. Once she found the perfect location, just across from Palomar Health Center (formerly Pomerado) on Pomerado Rd in Poway, she began the process of creating a warm, welcoming, and as far from a doctors office....office. The space is designed to make mamas and babies feel welcome and at home. The kids area is filled with toys, and a great place for the little ones to have some fun while their parents take care of business. We are incredibly excited for this new location, and love the people we now have the opportunity to serve.

We love working with kids, babies, moms, dads, and soon to be families setting everyone up for their healthiest life possible. We offer Chiropractic care, Acupuncture, Massage, and Nutritional Counseling. We pride ourselves on creating amazing plans that put YOU and YOUR priorities first. We love being a part of your team and we love to work with the rest of your health care team to make sure everyone is on the same page, and striving to reach for the same goal.
