Small staff who do not know how to answer questions about very basic items. Basically, if you know what you want, you might find it here. If you don't, you're on your own.

I went here for the first time in December, 2012. The woman who was there was helpfull and extremely friendly. Very reasonably priced and a large selection. Beautiful icons.
