Founded in 1934, Easter Seals Inc. is an educational institute that provides special academic education. The school provides services, such as medical rehabilitation, employment, training, camping/recreation, children services, adult and senior services, to name a few. Easter Seals serves education, outreach, and advocacy to the people with autism and other disabilities. It has partnership with various organizations, including Safeway, Century 21, CVS Caremark, Bank of America as well as The Fraternal Order of Police, among others.

Intercommunity Child Guidance Center is a nonprofit agency that provides various mental health and social services to children and families. Established in 1957, the center offers therapeutic treatment for developmental, psychological, behavioral, social and family problems. It specializes in psychological testing, group therapies, medication evaluation and case management services. The center s parenting courses offer information on child development and communication skills. Its therapists and case managers provide comprehensive and standardized psychosocial and developmental assessments. Intercommunity Child Guidance Center also operates an intensive treatment program that promotes home, school and community functioning by improving socialization skills of children. Intercommunity Child Guidance Center is located in Whittier, Calif.
