He is so smart, I feel lucky to follow up with him to manage my Lupus. He takes very good care of his patients. His office staff in El Cajon are very helpful and follow up with all authorizations

On March 1 I had a 4:15 appt with Dr. Dikranian, HIs office requires you be there 15 minutes before your appointment to take your money. I was the last patient of the day for a 5 minute injection....

This rating is not for Dr. D because I never got to see him! There was a major accident on the 15 freeway that caused ALL San Diego freeways to be delayed. I arrived about 4 minutes after my appt....

BE AWARE!!! if your appointment is at 1pm and check in is at 12:45, you better be there right at 12:45 or they will insist on rescheduling you even though your actual appt. is at 1pm. I drove 20...
