The Lodge’s signature restaurant, A.R. Valentien, highlights regional San Diego cuisine served in an elegant, timbered indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking the 18th hole of Torrey Pines Golf Course. Executive Chef Kelli Crosson sources only the best local provisions, and the menu changes frequently based on seasonal fare available. The restaurant takes its name from a talented early 20th-century California artist whose works are exhibited throughout the restaurant. PLEASE NOTE: A.R. Valentien will be temporarily closed as the kitchen is renovated with an expansion and comprehensive rebuild of the kitchen line. The restaurant will be closed beginning with dinner on October 13 and is expected to re-open by March 2025 for regular service. The Grill at Torrey Pines will remain open throughout the renovation. There will also be a limited menu available in the lounge adjacent to A.R. Valentien, as well as the restaurant’s outdoor terrace.
